I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, Texas in 2009. Following my bachelor’s degree, I was accepted to Parker University, located in Dallas, Texas. As a chiropractic student, I extended my studies by interning at the Veteran’s hospital in Dallas, TX. Here I was able to strengthen my skills while developing a better understanding for the needs of a diverse group of patients and their individual needs.
I graduated and received my degree to become a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in 2012 and soon began working as an associate chiropractor in the Dallas area. After spending six years going to school and working in North Texas, it was time to open my own practice.
My mission is to restore health through natural chiropractic care, allowing my patients to live their lives to the fullest. My passion for chiropractic and the wellbeing of others led me and my family to this lovely community of Seguin. I could not be more excited to be a part of this community and I enjoy providing safe and natural health and wellbeing to the people of Seguin and its surrounding areas.
Dr. Kohutek always knew she wanted to become a doctor to help people. While attending Texas Lutheran University for her bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, she saw that Pecan Country Chiropractic had won an award in the newspaper. She emailed Dr. Scaramozi about a shadowing opportunity that turned into a summer internship—and eventually led Dr. Chelsea Kohutek to attend Parker University.
She obtained her Doctorate in Chiropractic in December 2021 and completed an additional master’s degree in Clinical Neuroscience. After gaining several years of experience as an associate chiropractor in the DFW area, Dr. Kohutek was ready to return to Central Texas and be closer to family.
Dr. Kohutek specializes in neurologically-focused chiropractic care, including both prenatal and postnatal care. She is passionate about supporting mothers through pregnancy and beyond, and providing gentle, effective care for infants and children during their most critical stages of growth and development.
